Challenge

Refreshing the brand and tracing a new direction to move the company to the next stage of growth, making it more friendly towards future employees and making the vision and mission as well as the USP more visible to clients.

Outcome

Designing a new and refreshed visual identity, a new brand story, a new website and collaterals.

Impact

Considerable improvement of the companies presence in the local and international markets leading to improved sales (2x+), employee headcount growth (5x), an increased profits (5x) over 10 years, leading to a successful acquisition by fortune 500 company in 2022.

Success and mastery in the IT industry. Rebranding a top software development company from Romania.

Rebranding one of the best and biggest IT companies in Romania. Together with the marketing and leadership teams at Fortech I traced a new direction for the brand. Fortech now has the mark of being a mature, capable and trustworthy company while maintaining a fresh and dynamic perspective.

The amazing capabilities and operational excellence that stand at the core of the company are now better highlighted. Since the brand update the company has grown from ~100 clients and under 300 employees to more than 220 clients and more than 1000 tech professionals. In 2023 it was acquired by Global Logic a Sillicon Valley giant owned by Hitachi and it is now part of the Global Logic portfolio of companies.

Client Testimonial

“To sum up in a few words, Cristi gave us (i.e. Fortech) an entirely new look – mature, yet fresh – that we feel it completely represents us. Going into detail, I must say it was one of the most rewarding, productive and professional collaborations I've had. Cristi was present throughout the journey: from exploring and understanding us, to creating the new visual identity and bringing it to life in all brand manifestations (verbal, digital, print)”
